In MDriven, set in SqlDatabaseConfig one isolation level for update UpdateIsolationLevel and one for read FetchIsolationLevel.

If you have too low a UpdateIsolationLevel extraction of new IDs and timestamps, it may not be unique and cause problems with your data integrity.
